Product returns

You have the right to return the products you bought and request their replacement, within 14 days of receipt:

In case of return due to a defective product or due to an error in your order (if for example you received a product other than the one you ordered) in order to complete the return of the item, it is necessary to meet the following conditions:

The product must have been purchased exclusively from our store ( and must be accompanied by a purchase receipt.

2. The product must be unused and in excellent condition.

3. In case you do not want to replace the products with other same ones, you can replace them with other products of the same value (or higher and you pay the difference).

In case the product has a defect or an error has been made in your order, send the parcel with the courier company that made the delivery to our address as it is listed in our online store.

Please note that the return shipping costs are charged to our business.
